Christopher Lowe, Senior Pastor
I was born and raised in a Christian home, and personally accepted Christ as my Saviour when I was only four years old. My parents comment that from a child I desired to one day be in the ministry. Unfortunately, while progressing through school, I changed to desiring fortunes and fame.
After high school, I went to college, and earned an electrical engineering degree. Then, I entered the military and began working as an electrical engineer.
At the same time as I was pursuing a successful career, God got a hold of my heart, and I surrendered my life to serving the Lord. About a year later, I separated from the military and went to Bible college where I earned a master’s degree. God used this formal training to help me gain a deeper walk with Him, as well as grow in my desire for service.
I count the greatest accomplishments of my life as the lives that God has allowed me to impact. Discipleship and evangelism are my passion, and I am blessed that God would not give up on me to call me to minister to others. Any ministry success that God has blessed me with is due to a close walk with Him, and a supportive wife, whom I count as my closest friend. My life verse is Hebrews 12:1-2, "Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."
Hobbies: Spending time with my wife and daughter, cycling, hiking and pretty much anything in the great outdoors
Favourite Genre of Books: Missionary Biographies (Edgar Feghaly, Isaac McCoy, David Brainerd, ...)
